SnowStory support
Get in touch
Email support@snowstory.app and we'll get back to you, usually within two business days. It helps to include your display name and your squad's name. You can also reach us from the app: Settings → Contact Support.
Something wrong in the app
- A photo: tap … on it to hide it for yourself, report it to us, or block the rider who took it.
- A rider's name or avatar: open their card and tap … to report or block them.
- A squad name, trip name or day title: tap … next to it to report it.
- Anything else: go to Settings → Safety → Report a problem to email us. The riders you've blocked are listed there too, and you can unblock them.
- We review every report. If someone is in danger on the mountain, contact ski patrol or emergency services first.
Passes and purchases
- Passes are billed by the App Store or Google Play. Season passes renew through the store: manage or cancel them in your App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.
- New phone? Sign in with the same account and tap Restore Previous Purchases on the pass screen.
Your account
- Signed in with Apple using Hide My Email and can't find your earlier days? See the FAQ.
- To delete your account, see Delete your account.
Parents and managed profiles
A parent or guardian manages a child's profile from the squad roster. From the child's card you can delete their riding record and keep them in the squad, or remove them, which deletes their profile. To review or delete a child's information, or with any question about it, email support@snowstory.app.
Watches
Link an Apple Watch or Wear OS watch from Settings → Watch → Linked watch: tap Generate link code and enter the 6-character code on the watch. A managed member's code is on their card in the squad roster.
